Scandinavian Property Group's venture within logistics and industry, LogiDev has signed an agreement to develop a 22,000 m² property in North Uppsala for a European infrastructure business specialising in green technology. The building is set to be completed during Q3 2024 and will be developed according to SPG's sustainability approach.
The strategic location of Uppsala North along the E4 highway and Route 55 makes it easy to distribute goods both northbound and southbound, as well as handle deliveries for Uppsala and the Mälardalen region. For instance, reaching Stockholm is quicker from Uppsala North than from both Eskilstuna and Enköping. From this prime location, the ports of Gävle and Kapellskär are easily accessible within a very acceptable journey time.
