At Rykkinntoppen, two residential buildings were constructed together with Bakke. The property comprises of 60 apartments with fantastic panoramic views and are intended for individuals over 60 years old and those with specific needs. The project was built adjacent to the existing rehabilitation centre, Unicare Fram. This allows the residents to access facilities and services that simplify everyday life and contribute to an improved quality of life.

The project has been sold to a new owner with an external project manager.
