Just like many of our other care projects, Norlandia Skölsta was built as an important function in a new residential area. The preschool was completed in 2022, is 1,080 m² and accommodates 125 children.

The buildings exterior is decorated in a 'Faluröda' colour and blends into the neighborhood, but also creates a playful contrast to the surrounding green nature, with its playgrounds, sports fields and not least, its own farmland.

SPG has signed a 17-year lease with Kunskapsförskolan(now Norlandia Förskolor) which will be responsible for the operation. We would also like to mention that SPG has previously built 52 condominiums, 137 rental properties and a preschool in Fullerö, also outside Uppsala.
