Gustavsberg Centrum was acquired in 2021 and currently consists of approximately 6,600 m² of commercial space. The property is part of a larger area where the planning process is ongoing.

The ambition is to create a more vibrant and attractive place by adding a large number of homes to the centre and creating opportunities for more essential community functions. The goal is for existing commercial tenants to continue operating their businesses both during and after the development of the centre.
