Atlas first phase
On the northern side of Granitvägen, now Bollmorabacken, the first four Atlas apartment buildings were built, featuring thoughtfully designed courtyards and ample space between buildings.
The result was 230 smartly planned, high-quality condominiums, with nearly every unit having access to a private balcony, patio, or terrace. The top two floors are comprised of duplex apartments.
In their design, Vida Architects opted for a combination of brick and a shingle-like material that creates a seamless transition between the roof and façade. The brickwork, primarily facing the courtyards, was laid using a wild bond technique. This technique, involving a staggered arrangement of bricks, adds texture and variation, bringing the façades to life.
